Welcome to Drumly. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drumly application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Please note that Drumly is currently in a testing stage. As development progresses, features, functionality, and these Terms may change.

Drumly is a platform that allows users to create drum snippets, play along, get real-time feedback, and share with other users. The Service is currently in a testing stage and may undergo significant changes as development progresses.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drumly and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drumly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, any controversy or claim will be submitted to the appropriate courts in the jurisdiction where Drumly operates.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
